When using BRAW Studio, in case you have trouble with the plugin, you should send us some logs so we can give you assistance and fix a potential bug in our plugin. Here's how to do it.
Logs are not activated by default, because they decrease the performances of the plugin. So the first task is to activate Logs. For this, you need to go to the "Settings & License" popup. Once you are in this popup, you just need to tick the checkbox "write logs" and click "OK".
Accessing this "Settings & License" popup is possible in Premiere Pro, Media Encoder or After Effects, but also in BRAW Studio for Desktop !
The BRAW Studio for Desktop is an application installed automatically in the MediaCore folder (same folder than the plugins) after installation :
You will just need to double click on the
BRAW_Studio.exe file (
BRAW_Studio.app in Mac)
Import a braw file
Double click on the project item and go to the Effect Controls Panel OR Add it to a sequence and go to the master tab of the Effect Controls Panel.
Click on the button "Settings & License"
Add a braw file to the Media Encoder Queue (like if you wanted to render this file)
Right click on the file name in the queue, and click on "Source Settings".
Import a braw file
Add it to a new composition
Apply the effect : Autokroma / BRAW Studio Layer Settings
Click on the button in the Effect Controls : "License & Settings"
Once the logs are activated, please reproduce your issue. If it's a crash, then reproduce the crash, if the frame have the wrong colors, then get the image displayed with the wrong colors in the screen, etc.
After you reproduced the issue, please go to the "Settings & License" again (if you experienced a crash, you will need to start again your app, or use BRAW Studio Desktop), and this time click on "Open log folder", the button on the right. It will automatically open a folder with the zip log inside (if there is several zip inside, then the good one is the one automatically selected).

Note : when clicking on the "Open log folder", if logs were not activated before, there will be a warning like in the image below. If you see this image, please check that you have activated logs AND you have reproduced your issue !
In that case, please use the BRAW Studio for Desktop ! (See Step 1)
Writing logs asks a lot of resources for your computer, so please remember to disable logs after these steps, to get the full speed of BRAW Studio.
